At The Lee W. Robinson Company, your overall experience is of utmost importance to us. From our initial consultation to the design concept, to project completion, every aspect of your project is personally overseen by Lee W. Robinson himself.
Our process combines thoughtful planning, constant communication, and careful management of every step guaranteeing the timeliness, flexibility, and success of your project.
“It is a joy to work with someone as passionate as Lee. His ability to understand our style, and match our aesthetic with his palette was like watching an artist at work.”
THE INITIAL CONSULTATION
Every project, no matter the scope, begins with a consultation. Who you are and what you want to accomplish defines the course of the entire project. Lee takes pride in getting to know our clients and their needs up front.
He is a listener, not a talker, when it comes to the needs a homeowner has. His goal is to remain true to the expectations we set from the beginning so that at the end of the project, it’s clear that the ideas have been strung through each decision.
Any successful renovation, construction, or interior design project depends on effective communication. Lee wants you to know what’s going on during every phase of your project. As a team, we make ourselves available through phone calls, emails, sessions in our showroom, lunches, and dinners to answer questions,
share ideas, and keep you informed at all times. Our project manager is available seven days a week to address any questions or concerns you may have. Our team leverages state of the art technology which allows our customers to get real-time updates on the progress of their projects at any time.
Just because the work is completed, doesn’t mean your project is over. Once we have completed the work on your project, we thoroughly inspect our work with detailed checklists and follow-up reports.
We want to make sure you’re happy with the finished result, and that finished project matches your expectations. We don’t leave you with those last minute details unfinished, ever.
