Serves 1


  • 1-2 tablespoons Vincenzo’s Muffoletta
  • 1-2 slices Mozzarella cheese
  • 1-2 slices Provolone cheese
  • 2 slices Italian bread
  • butter/margarine



Pre-heat griddle or non-stick pan. Spred butter/margarine evenly on one side of the bread. Place one slice of bread, butter side down, on grill pan.

Layer cheese evenly on slide of bread in the griddle. Add Vincenzo’s Muffoletta on top of cheese.

Add second slice of bread, butter side up. Cook until golden brown. Flip sandwich, and press firmly.

Cook until cheese is melted.
