• 1 10-ounce package chopped frozen broccoli 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 11/3 cups Minute Rice
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 small jar Chez Whiz
  • 1 can cream of celery soup



Preheat oven to 350ºF. Place broccoli on the bottom of a greased casserole dish. Layer celery and onions over broccoli. Spread rice on top and add water chestnuts. In double boiler, soften butter and combine with Chez Whiz. Pour cream of celery soup over rice and cover with butter and cheese mixture. Bake in pre-heated 350º oven for 30 minutes.
